Wayback Burgers began in 1991 as Jake's Hamburgers with a single restaurant in Newark, Delaware which still occupies its original location on Route 273. In August 2010, Jake's Hamburgers changed their name to Wayback Burgers. To this day, they're serving burgers the way they were meant to be enjoyed: hand-grilled and made fresh to order. Stop by for a unique Burger of the Month, one of their Signature burgers, or top-your-own. They also offer chicken sandwiches, 100% beef hot dogs, fries and sides and hand-spun milkshakes.
