Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken was born in August of 1976 in Los Angeles, the fruit of founder Joe Dion's many research trips to New Orleans and experimentation in the family carport, and the restaurant's response was so favorable that 10 more stores were built by 1979. Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken of Chandler serves zesty cajun chicken batter-fried to a satisfying crunch with just the right amount of spicy kick, among other Southern favorites like fried fish, shrimp, tacos and po'boys. They are open 7 days a week for dine in and take-out.
