In its previous life as Warren's Tavern, The Bird & Bottle Inn was a popular stop for British and American soldiers, and eventually became the Continental Army's regional headquarters before converting to a farm and sawmill. Officially opening under its current moniker in 1940, the historic colonial country inn is a traveler's destination and host to parties and events including weddings, with rooms available for overnight rental. The inn's restaurant boasts 90 seats and three dining rooms complete with relaxing atmosphere and expertly-prepared American fare.
