At Roden Hiit Kickboxing, we are a no-contact high energy full body workout with 10 intervals lasting 3.5 minutes with a 30 second break between. We're ready when you're ready. No class times. Everyday is a new full body workout. You will always have a trainer to help you focus on your fitness goals and guide you through your intervals. We are the only gym in the area to offer the latest heart rate technology for heart rate training. We also offer generalized health coaching that will help you identify areas in your life that put you at risk for developing Cardiovascular Disease.
