Owner Hussein, proudly served his country in the US Air Force, retiring after 28 years of service and during that time was transferred to Colorado Springs. He and his family had often found themselves travelling afar to the nearest Middle Eastern restaurant to get that authentic taste from home, Jerusalem. In 2007, Heart of Jerusalem became a reality! Our 3rd location is now open in Winter Springs.
