Meet Barrel 28 Restaurant Head Chef Brian Conklin AKA the "Face Behind the Taste" at Barrell 28 which has become Florida, New York's hot spot. Brian is originally of Monticello NY, relocated to Florida, NY two years ago to lead our Culinary team. At Barrel 28, they offer a wide range of delightful options from gastro pub fare, pasta dishes, seafood, steaks, to delicious pizzas. In addition, they offer weekly changing and creative fine dining specials, large wine selection, specialty cocktail drink menu, 28 beers on tap and Brian's amazing Prime Rib can be enjoyed on Prime Rib Night every Wednesday from 5-9PM.
