Built in 1964, this par 71 golf course offers 18 holes of rolling hills that is open to the public. Ridgeview Golf Course is located less than 10 miles west of downtown Kalamazoo and generously designed for all skill levels. With wide-open blue grass fairways and large greens of bent grass, Ridgeview provides the perfect golf getaway when playing hooky from work or planning a weekend event. Known as a player-friendly course since the fairways are without water hazard and although they have a few well-placed bunkers, four sets of tee boxes allow each player the opportunity to start and finish the course with the same ball. From the back tees, Ridgeview offers an opportunity to challenge the long and accurate hitter as fairways are significantly tree lined with numerous doglegs throughout the course. The short course for juniors makes it a great place for kids to play too! Ridgeview is friendly staffed and its pro shop and bar fully stocked ready to assist with all your celebration wants and needs. They can cater private parties from 10 to 125 persons or host your public event.
