Sizzling pork fajitas are always popular, as are the signature Fajitas Zarape, with shrimp, red tilapia and scallops. Savory Carne Asada, Pollo Fundido with melted cheese and mushrooms, Chiles Poblano, golden brown taquitos, and Steak Ranchero with zesty red sauce are featured, as well as the eye-opening Omelette Texano, with steak or grilled chicken.
Since 1994, El Zarape has made mouths sing the praises of authentic Mexican cuisine. Steak, seafood, chicken, pork and vegetarian dishes are offered in El Zarape's signature dishes, enchiladas, tacos, burritos, fajitas, omelettes and more. There is also a full bar with festive cocktails.
