Start with some shared plates of tapas like their Datiles con Queso Cabrales, bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with Cabrales bleu cheese and topped with shallot vinaigrette, or Sofrito de Gamabas, a deep sea delight of prawns, garlic, saffron aioli, and shaved fennel.
Entrees include their phenomenal Paella Calasparra, with imported Calasparra rice, clams, mussels, prawns, calamari, scallops, chicken, shrimp, chorizo and saffron; Pulpo á Feira, with octopus, hot paprika, potatoes, virgin olive oil and garlic; and Chuletas de Ternera a la Parrilla, grilled veal chops with manchego mash & seasonal vegetables.
