Built in 1951 a few hundred yards from the busy Route 85 and Interstate I-395, the 3/8 mile asphalt speedway in Waterford, CT is regarded by competitors as a challenging two-groove track with an outstanding racing surface. There are no bad viewing spots among the 7,500- plus seats while watching some of the divisions reach speeds of 100 mph plus.
