Whole Hog Cafe evolved from "a hobby that got out of hand", when founders Mike "Sarge" Davis, Ron Blasingame, and Steve Lucchi created their award-winning rib recipe in Little Rock, Arkansas. What began as a small concession trailer soon became a massive success and local favorite, and the trio's hobby soon grew into the first Whole Hog Cafe location, serving their famous ribs and much more with 16 locations in 4 states.
