Little did the John Ritter of 1948 know that his after-school job working at a local ice cream shop would translate into a successful franchise, Ritter's Frozen Custard, passing his same love for ice cream on to future generations country-wide. What started as a post-retirement project has today become a family labor of love, bringing quality frozen custard, shakes, sundaes, Italian ice, burgers and more to the masses.
