Gift Bucks - Terms and Conditions

Clipp Gift Bucks ("Gift Bucks") can be credited only to users with a Clipp.com account who have agreed to the Clipp.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Gift Bucks can be purchased only through the web site at www.Clipp.com. Each purchase of Gift Bucks generates a unique redemption code which must be entered at the same web site to be redeemed. The code can only be used one time. Clipp is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

Gift Bucks can be spent on any deal available on www.Clipp.com. If a user elects to use Gift Bucks on a purchase, the available Gift Bucks balance will be debited up to the purchase amount. If the balance is less than or equal to the purchase amount, the balance will be fully debited, and any difference must be paid via credit card. If the balance is greater than the purchase amount, the full purchase amount will be debited from the balance. The remainder of the balance will stay in the user's account and be available for future purchases.

If you purchase a Discount Certificate using Gift Bucks, please note, that Gift Bucks have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, refunds or site credits. Clipp.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the features and sale of Clipp Gift Bucks at any time in its sole discretion; however all valid purchased yet unredeemed Gift Bucks will remain available for future purchases on Clipp.com without fear of cancellation or expiration.

Clipp Gift Bucks are only valid for offers sold as Clipp.com offers.

Clipp Site Credits - Terms and Conditions

Clipp site credits are available to users with a Clipp.com account and who have agreed to the Clipp.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Clipp site credits are provided as a form of refund reimbursement and may not be used in conjunction with Clipp Gift Bucks or any other promotion within a single transaction; including but not limited to seasonal or holiday promo codes. One or the other may be used for a purchase. Neither Clipp site credits nor Clipp Gift Bucks may be used to purchase other Clipp Gift Bucks.

There will be no refund or credit given for any unused portion of any Local Flavor site credit.

If you purchase a Discount Certificate using Clipp site credits, and you request a refund as permitted by Clipp.com's Terms of Service, then you will receive the portion of your refund that was purchased with Clipp site credits in the form of Clipp site credits. Clipp site credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Clipp.com is not responsible for any failure to award a Clipp site credit due to technical failures of any kind (including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network hardware or software), or any technical or human errors which may occur in the administration of Local Flavor site credits. Clipp.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Clipp Gift Bucks promotion, or any part of it, at any time in its sole discretion.

Clipp Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are released various times throughout the year for all subscribed members. All promotional codes have clearly marked expiration dates and cannot be exchanged for Clipp site credits at any time during or after the promotional period of such code. Promotional codes are not required to complete the check-out process.

Promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with Clipp site credits or any other promotion within a single transaction. Clipp promotional codes are only valid for offers sold as Clipp.com offers.

Promotional codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash refunds.
